If they acknowledge sin, they have to admit their own sin, and they are not willing to do that. Therefore they will die in their sin. David was a repentant man, as you said. Jun 8, 2009 - People who use Davids life as an example of why sin is "ok" always skip a big chunck of the word. David was severly punished for the sin that he commited. I mean he lost a child and so much more. Not to mention, his relationship with God suffered as he had to start all over again. I have found that some people who use this man of God as an excuse for why its "ok" to sin usually do not kjnow the word for themselves and are spoon fed the other parts. which is a disadvantage. The whole way it's run is so problematic and the staff and people who are close to the pastors think theyre better than the rest of us pee-ons. It's just a mess. Jul 23, 2009 - I refer to that organization as "walls without church." What you are seeing there is common in many places because of the apostasy (falling away). I hope that you do not abandon your faith in Jesus Christ because of the apostasy around you. The apostasy was prophesied about in Scripture, God's Word is coming to pass. I told her why I don't watch TV about all the sin on it and what it does to your mind. But she's like everybody sins and you can ask God to forgive you. I told her yes we still sin but we repent which means a turning away from. I turned away from sinful television and music. some people try to justify it but they know in their hears that they're not right.
